Camp registration and upcoming events

Hello Parents,

 

Just a reminder that winter camp registration starts tonight (7pm). As space is very limited (80 spaces vs. our normal 125+) with everyone sleeping in cabins, registration is first come, first serve. Payment must also be received by December 9 to secure your spot. If your daughter can't come this time there will be another opportunity to camp in the spring (May 8 to 10) at Long Island Campground. Please email woosleycamp@gmail.com (yes, it is spelled wrong on the email...) to put your Guide's name on the list if you are interested.

Other news:

This week (Nov. 25) we'll finish up our creative craft badge. We're also making a garland for the Guide float that will be in the Manotick parade on Dec. 6

Dec. 4 - We'll be completing the International Day of the Girl Challenge and planning our Christmas party!

Dec. 5 - Les Petits Ballets for those who registered

Dec. 6 - Guides are invited to participate in the Manotick Christmas parade - details to follow

Dec. 11 - Tonight we'll work on the Music Fan badge.

Dec. 18 - Christmas party!

Holidays - weeks of Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. We will meet again on Jan. 8.
